This section is for residents of Washington and addresses the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373).
If you live in Washington, information you enter in the Unstuck app (journal entries, mood check-ins, activity tags, pill names, appointment notes, routines, and similar entries) may be considered consumer health data under Washington law. The current version of Unstuck stores this information locally on your device and does not upload it to Unstuck-operated servers.
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not collect a separate written valid authorization to sell because we do not sell.
We do not share consumer health data for targeted advertising. We do not run a behavioral advertising network in the app or on the website.
We do not use geofencing around any in-person health care service location.
We do not use this information to provide medical care or to make any decision about you.
Your rights: access, delete, correct, withdraw consent, and appeal a denial. To exercise any right, email support@beunstuck.app with "Washington Privacy Rights" in the subject line. We respond to a verifiable request within 45 days. We can extend by 45 additional days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you. To appeal a denial, reply to our decision within 45 days and we will respond to the appeal within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Washington Attorney General's Office.
Because Unstuck stores app data locally on your device, you can also delete the data yourself at any time by deleting the category in-app or by uninstalling the app.

This section is for residents of Nevada and addresses Nevada SB 370.
We do not sell your covered information. To submit a verified request related to your covered information, email support@beunstuck.app with "Nevada Privacy Rights" in the subject line.

Face ID and Touch ID, when you enable them for app lock, rely on Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Apple does not share the underlying biometric template with apps, and the template does not leave the device's Secure Enclave. Unstuck does not receive, store, or transmit your biometric data.
